Ingredients
- 3-4 ripe avacados diced
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 diced garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
- juice from one whole lemon
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp Cayenne powder
- Mash ingredients together with a fork and serve in a bowl
